At Premium Inboxes LLC, we aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible for our customers. This policy outlines our procedures for subscription cancellations and what you can expect when canceling your service.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our self-service client portal. Here's how:

1. Visit portal.premiuminboxes.com

2. Log in to your account

3. Navigate to the subscription management section

4. Select the "Cancel Subscription" option

5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation


What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

1. Your cancellation will be processed immediately

2. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period

3. No additional charges will be made to your account after cancellation

4. You will retain access to all services until the end of your paid period

5. Automatic renewal will be disabled for your account


Important Information

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on January 15th and your billing cycle ends on January 30th, you will have access to our services until January 30th.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. Your access will simply terminate at the end of your current billing cycle.


After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

1. Your access to our services will be automatically terminated

2. Any data associated with your account should be backed up before the termination date

3. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation


Reactivation

Should you wish to reactivate your subscription in the future, you can do so by logging into portal.premiuminboxes.com and selecting a new subscription plan. Please note that pricing and service terms may have changed since your previous subscription.
