Refund Policy
Overview
Premium Inboxes LLC provides digital infrastructure and technical services that are provisioned immediately upon account setup or license activation. Due to the nature of our offerings, all purchases are non-refundable, with one narrowly defined exception (outlined below). By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a license is activated, partially used, or has undergone any setup, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind
Incompatibility with other tools
Unused time in a billing cycle
Perceived lack of benefit
Mid-subscription cancellations
Misunderstanding of service scope
You are responsible for understanding what you’re purchasing. Contact support with any questions before completing a purchase.
Only Exception: Unused Licenses
A refund may be considered only if all of the following are true:
The license has never been activated or accessed
No setup, onboarding, or technical work has been done
No resources have been allocated
The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
Note: If any condition is not met, the refund will be denied.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@premiuminboxes.com with:
Your full name, account email, and order ID
Confirmation that the license has never been used
Requests are reviewed within 24 business hours. Final determination is at our sole discretion, based on internal records.
Refund Processing
If approved:
Refunds are sent to the original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days
You’ll receive email confirmation once processed
Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first violates this agreement.
IMPORTANT: Filing a chargeback after accepting these terms is considered fraudulent misuse. We will dispute all such claims and pursue action as needed.
