Our standard service delivery commitment is twelve (12) hours from the completion of all onboarding requirements. This timeframe applies to all standard purchases and implementations.
Priority Delivery
For clients who have selected our priority delivery upgrade, we commit to a six (6) hour delivery timeframe from the completion of all onboarding requirements.
Prerequisites for Service Delivery
The delivery timeframes stated above are contingent upon the following conditions:

1. Complete submission of all required access credentials
2. Removal of any technical limitations that might impede implementation
3. Timely responses to any requests for additional information
4. Completion of all onboarding documentation
5. Resolution of any access-related issues
Technical Prerequisites
1. Proper access permissions to all relevant platforms
2. Removal of any technical restrictions that could affect implementation
3. Compatibility with our service requirements
4. Successful verification of all provided credentials
Implementation Process
Platform Integration
Upon meeting all prerequisites, we will implement your solution directly into your designated sending platform. This includes:
1. Complete setup of all purchased services
2. Integration with your specified sending platform
3. Implementation of all necessary technical configurations
4. Verification of proper functionality
Delivery Confirmation
Upon completion of the implementation:
1. You will receive a confirmation email
2. Access credentials will be provided where applicable
3. Documentation for accessing your services will be shared
4. Initial setup verification will be conducted
Potential Delays
Our delivery timeframes may be affected by:
1. Incomplete or incorrect access credentials
2. Technical limitations not disclosed during onboarding
