Our team provides comprehensive technical support to ensure continuous operation of all implemented solutions, including:

- Implementing necessary updates or modifications


3. Subscription and Payment Terms


3.1 Billing and Payment

- All services are paid in advance on a monthly basis

- We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and American Express

- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

- Prices are subject to change with notice


3.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are not available except in cases where licenses have not been used. The determination of unused licenses is at our sole discretion.


3.3 Cancellation

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period
